Welcome back for week 2 of the 30 Day Waste Reduction Challenge!
This week your goal is to eliminate single use plastics! 
Single use plastic is found everywhere! The first thing that may come to mind is straws, but it can also be found wrapped around on our produce, milk, yogurt, salsa, and cottage cheese containers.
Find ways to reduce or reuse your single use plastic, here are some tips.
1. Buy a reusable metal straw and eliminate your single use straws.
2. Buy your produce in bulk and use reusable bags. Eliminate use of plastic bags.
3. Reuse plastic containers that hold cottage cheese, yogurts, and salsa.
4. Purchase your oats, grains, nuts, and dried fruit in bulk. Use reusable bags instead of plastic ones.
5.Carry around a water bottle and thermos to eliminate the use of bottled water and single use coffee/tea cups.
