Needing a yoga practice to do at home?
This video is a short yoga practice that is designed to help align the body after a long day of work. This practice is ideal after a long day of work, but is also a great sequence to start your day.
Practice this sequence 3-5 times a week to start building strength and provide your body support in your job. If you need modifications to any of these postures, let me know in the comments below.
