I am incredibly excited to announce our new section in our blog all about food! A daily pattern we all hold is eating. We all eat food daily, or at least hopefully we are. Living in a culture where we have access to so many types of food it is easy for us to run on auto-pilot and eat whatever we can, whenever we can. This new section will assist you in bringing awareness around the food we are eating, how much we are eating, and the relationship we have with food. Join us in creating healthy patterns with food and explore new recipes and find ways to assist your body, mind, and soul through food.
