It teaches us to reclaim and develop tools for physical, emotional and mental resilience. We all deserve access to opportunities for education, health care, our sense of place, esteem and a connection with a healthy community. Yoga provides these opportunities inherently, let us use these tools to help create spaces for social justice through meditation, asana and pranayama.” – Daniel Hill When: Saturday, June 20 // 1pm – 3pm Where: The Front South Main (10 spots available) and through Zoom Instructor: Daniel Hill Donation: $20 // All proceeds will go to the Inclusion Center, a local non-profit whose mission is to fight bias, bigotry and racism in all forms. Please note: Non-members that would like to attend the in-person workshop will need to either use a buddy pass or buy a day pass.
